Epic says Treasure Hours can add Captain weapons to the start of every match, boosted drops and other changes. Specific bonuses may rotate, so November 7 benefits should not automatically be copied to later weeks.
Does Power Hour boost the Pirate Shop Token?

Epic has not stated that Pirate Shop Access is included in the boosted Treasure Hour drop pool. More chest openings create more attempts, but the event should not be advertised as increased Token odds without an explicit update.
