Token Shop not appearing?
- Confirm the reward was actually granted. A chest animation, rare item or viral compass overlay is not the same as a Pirate Shop Access confirmation.
- Finish or safely leave the match. Return to the lobby and check notifications before restarting the game.
- Open the Item Shop directly. Look for the Pirate Shop activation control and read any account-specific message.
- Restart after an update. Install pending Fortnite updates and sign back into the same account that received the reward.
- Use official support for account problems. Never let a paid helper log in. Only Epic can inspect entitlement state on an account.
