How to approach Oscar week
- Look for the live ship changeUse the current map and Adventure quest rather than an old prediction image.
- Separate boss loot from the fragmentA confirmed weapon does not prove the fragment is a boss drop.
- Check the ship by levelsNote decks, stairs and rooms so the final route avoids bow-versus-stern ambiguity.
- Confirm the quest counterThe collectible must advance Map Fragments; ordinary loot does not count.

What the live guide will verify
The update will identify the ship on the island map, landing point, entrance, deck or floor, room landmarks, fragment interaction and whether Oscar must be avoided or defeated. Item names will come from live evidence rather than predictions.
Fragment #4 FAQ
Is Fragment #4 on Oscar's Ship?+
Oscar's ship is the leading clue because Epic connects Oscar with a ship during the same rotation. No checked source proves the exact vessel, deck or room.
Does it unlock November 21 or 22?+
A fragment schedule lists November 21, while Epic's Captain's Day schedule lists Oscar on November 22. The live Adventure quest determines when searching is useful.
Is the fragment dropped by Oscar?+
That is not confirmed. Fragment #1 was a floor pickup, so defeating Oscar should not be assumed necessary.
Map Fragment #4 search plan
Oscar's Ship is the reported weekly lead, but the exact vessel area, deck and pickup interaction are not confirmed. When the quest unlocks, compare the live map marker with the named ship before treating any cabin as the destination. Start with an exterior pass to identify entrances, then move through each deck in a consistent order and watch for the quest interaction icon rather than relying on ordinary loot glow.
Defeating Oscar should not be described as a requirement unless the live quest or repeatable gameplay proves it. If combat blocks the route, players can land away from the boss, gather shields and return after the initial traffic clears. The final guide will distinguish the captain encounter, the ship loot and the fragment pickup so three separate activities are not confused.
